Hi~
I am 20 weeks along in my pregnancy with twins. Currently they are in a stacked position, one low and one high. I find that I feel the lower one move much more than the upper baby. Since I am still early in my pregnancy I'm trying to not let it bother me, but of course the mama worry sets in.

Any experience with this?

Yup! I had the same concerns, then about three weeks later those concerns vanished as the movement all over became nearly constant! Also, I found out that what I thought was just the right twin moving was actually the feet of the left twin (along with other parts of the right twin). So, I wouldn't worry too much just yet.

I didn't feel my twins move til around 19 weeks and I always felt baby A (Jazmin) WAY more than baby B (Noah). I would try not to get worried because I hardly ever felt him. I think it just must have been his position.

Blessed mama of four

I've been feeling baby A for several weeks now (i'm in my 23rd week now), but I just recently started feeling baby B, and its now non-stop, all day long It seems that they have now actually switched up a bit and baby A has become a little quieter than B. I'm sure both of your babes are just fine

My baby A moved so much that it seemed like B NEVER moved! It can be hard to tell who the movement is coming from sometimes. I'm sure both your babies are doing great

My flippant response is "they moved constantly, I almost never moved." Sorry, couldn't resist.

My girls were also stacked on top of each other, with both their sets of feet in approximately the same place if you can imagine. I didn't really realize this and I thought one was moving more than the other. But they were just both trying to tunnel out the side all the time.

I think what you're going through is normal - both in the variations in movement and the mommy worry. Hang in there...

My baby B moved waaaay more than baby A. I thought baby B was going to be this crazy active kid but he is super mellow and my baby A is the crazy one. I guess he just making up for getting stomped on the whole time inside I know it is hard not to worry, but try not to. They are 2 different babies that are doing their own thing and it might be partly their possition too. You may just feel one more, but they may be moving around the same.

I had the same experience and remember being worried. Later, as baby B moved more to the front of my belly, I felt A less. This sounds common so dont think you should be concerned. But I know - you cant help it.

THANK YOU mamas for your reassuring responses! I went to my 20 week ultrasound today and we discovered that the babies are now not stacked and have moved to a side by side position in the last 4 weeks. So, the movement down low that I have been feeling is actually both of them as they are now head down. Yay! What a relief! We also learned that we are having one boy and one girl! It feels perfect for us! Thanks again!
