You know, when you wake up in the middle of the night and your calf muscle is stiff and contracted? Point your toes, massage it out, etc...Ouch!
I always get these when I'm pg from about 20 weeks onward, and they seem to get worse the farther along I get.
Are there any remedies for this? Any tips or suggestions?
