I saw this on CNN & thought I'd share. It's fluffy, I know, but I'm glad she's showing the world you *can* nurse twins!

Here's a link with the picture of the magazine cover --

Pretty tame. I like someone with very sexualized breasts showing what they're actually meant for!

SAHM to F & P, : fraternal twins born 3/05, : I, born 12/07 & at 5 weeks in July 2009

I do like, though, how pics of her and Brad look more "real" than the spread of Marc Antony and JLo in People mag. Brad and Angie are photographed in nightgowns vs. Marc and Jen in formal attire.

I think it's great. I actually thought of trying to track down how to write to her (not that it'd ever get there) to say You Rock! So if you are reading mothering.com Angelina -- you rock!

(OK, I feel a bit like a dork, but I do think it's great and any mama of twin needs encouragement... mamas in general, but MoMs especially!)

I couldn't agree more that mama's of twins need more support...............ARGH! I wish I'd had more support when my girls were born, the hospital staff kept shoving easy to use bottles in their mouths which made them lazy to suckle, they didn't want to have to wait for their milk and suckle when it could just basically fall into their tummies. So I had to pump the whole time and I dried up in 3 months.

Besides which we need someone to counter Tori Spelling's ridiculous comment about babies not need breast milk after 2 weeks, plugging for some formula company.

Way to go Angelina, she looks very at ease on that cover too. I hope she'll continue to let the world know that it's ok to breastfeed.

~Patricia~, wife to D, mom to V:, mummy to S/C : , ::. Learning how to be a GREAT mom to my autistic twins and loving it!
