My youngest is on a GFCF diet for food intolerances (that is gluten free, casein (milk) free). I have to pack so much food for her during the day. Two snacks and one lunch. I spend about 45 minutes each morning just making her food and Beth's lunch. Now it is looking like Beth needs the diet also. Anyone have suggestions of speeding the process. TIA.
