I am joining the "finals are over" party!

Tuesday I did it - one exam from 9 to 12:30 and another from 1 -4 !

Now I need to catch up on the work Ive been neglecting and my poor, dirty house.

I hear that!!!
Last week was like the grand finale of the semester. huge projects due, tons of reading. My house was GROSS. now that I've got just one final left, it's shiny and lovely!! (of course, it probably wouldnt have been if I hadnt hosted a playdate this morning)

One final left in african american history. I'm getting an a in that class right now. but I would like to get over 95% on the final.

I'm signed up for 3 classes next sem. would've taken 4 but couldnt find a good fit for my child care schedule.

Yesterday, I met with my instructor to get my grade on my final and my final grade. I got 198/200 on the final, which means I get an A for the class, which means I pulled off straight A's!!!! Woo hoo!!! 4.0 this semester!! The other 3 classes, I knew I got an A, but this 4th class was up in the air. I'm so very relieved.

I just found out I got an A in Sociology. Professor said I had the highest average in the class (95.45% sounds like a low high but I'm thrilled to be the top of the class)

I just passed my fifth CLEP yesterday so I earned 18 credits this fall and have a 4.0 average

I'm late joining the party, as usual, but I wanted to congratulate everyone on a good semester. I am a full time student and mom of three. I really want to work in some kind of biotech research or else teach secondary science. I had a killer semester, but I survived with a 4.0. Next semester is a little lighter, work load wise, becaue I couldn't find any of the science classes I needed on my schedule or at a location convenience to me. I am currently at a community college while my son is young, but I am planning on transfering in Fall 2006 to one of the large universities nearby.

Its amazing how much better students we are now that we have children and have to really budget our time, isn't it?
