Hey mamas! I have an ethnographic research paper that I am having a hard time picking a topic to write it on. Can someone suggest some topics for me, keeping in mind that I am a small newly pregnant mother with not a lot of funds (for travel and such).. ? (which rules out night clubs, homeless shelters, etc)

TIA!

Here are some ideas of places that would be interesting and where your baby would be welcome:

LLLI meetings
Political or religious group that meets on campus
API mamas
Mamas at a baby wearing group
People at a health food store
Parents at a playground.
Religious service
People at a pedi's waiting room
The common area/ waiting room of a midwives office or free standing birth center
ER waiting room
Obama or McCain field office
political protest
farmers market

I hope this helps!
