Yay or nay? And if yay, what would you wear them with?

I just bought these (in black) today http://tinyurl.com/ydgbux9 but I'm not sure if I'm going to keep them. I'm not really a "skinny jean" girl. I wear a 6 or 8 in jeans, but just don't have the beanpole look going for me...

Keep them, or return them? I liked how they fit, and how they look in theory, but don't know if I'll actually wear them.

Those are ADORABLE! I love them, would have bought them, and would be asking the same darn question as you. lol.

I found this article, I think the look is cute. http://youlookfab.com/2009/09/29/wea...-slouch-boots/

Hopefully someone else will come along with more suggestions.

Me and DP, No children yet, but we plan on having kids someday. I'm trying to lose weight and get fit. Ask if I've done my push-ups this week.

I think they would look cute with a denim skirt.

I like them with colored tights and an above-the-knee flippy skirt, or with leggings and a sweater dress/long sweater (oh, hai, 1980s!). I think that paid could work with a full, long skirt as well. I've seen them paired with skinny jeans but I'm not a fan of that sillouhette.

I'm a morning person.  We actually do exist.

I wore slouchy boots in the early 80's with woolly tights and a mini skirt, or skinny jeans. I loved those boots I wore them till my toes showed through and I had to throw them out.
They looked nice with longer skirts too.

I think they are cute. I'd probably wear them with leggings.

I love slouch boots. I do wear them with jeans, but I also wear them with skirts.

Also, - though my dp tells me this is a fashion "faux pas" (but what does he know, despite the fact that he did take fashion design in college ) - I wear them with leggings.

Well, skinny jeans actually look bad on beanpoles. Better to have a butt, just need to watch that your upper legs aren't too wide or the silhouette will be off. Never mind, that many rules and I am staying away from them too. Really cute boots!
