obviously you look like a teenager - too young to have kids and your mom looks young enough to have your kids.

I'm pretty sure my mom has been asked multiple times if my daughter is HER child and my mom was 50 when she was born.  Maybe we live in a different sort of area, though.  I had my first child just shy of 23 and I was so much younger than everyone else.  I know plenty of people who didn't start having kids until their 40s or late 30s.  And many people I know had their last around 40-ish.  However, I know different areas have different averages.  My mom knew a woman who was a grandma in her TWENTIES.  She had her first child in her early teens and her oldest had her first in her early teens.  So by that standard, you would surely be a great grandmother by now :D
