Ok, no it's not! It's a t1i canon, and I'm hoping santa will bring me the 50mm 1.8 for christmas. I'm still working on learning how to use it, but I've gotten some great shots of baby chub. I wish I knew how to post pics in here.

The 50mm 1.8 is a great choice. Just don't drop it, it's cheaply constructed. It is s fast and sharp lens. I dropped mine and the glass popped right out. Now I have a 1.4 :) Congratulations. I love my T1 :)

yay for you!!!  i remember back when you posted about looking.  and that's the one i have, but i need the 50 mm lens too!  tell santa to bring me one too... :)  you'll be happy you got it before thanksgiving and the holidays.
