Nothing here yet. Just gonna hang out and soak up the vibes......Last cycle was 86 days long. I felt like I was going to burst by that time. I would like to not feel like that again.

I have read the book - I love it.

Wow...intentful, thanks for sharing and welcome to the tent.

I have read the book...it is one of my all-time favorites. I agree that it was a very powerful story. Made me want to gather up all my women friends. In fact, I should really pick it up again soon. I haven't read in a while. I'm defintely a book re-reader!

Like I said: I was just confirmed with PCOS and so no chocolate or ice cream this time around but I sure hope you enjoy it, Joyce!

Adina: I too understand the bursting feeling. This cycle (my longest by FAR!) was 108 days!!!!! What!? This flow is such a relief!

Hope you are all well!

After 18 months of no bloodmoon, pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding, today I finally get to come back into the Red Tent. I got my first post-partum period today! I feel completely like myself again. I've got my mama cloth on, I'm drinking my red raspberry tea (which is blood red in my cup), I've made my offering to the Goddess and I feel awesome!

Now, the only downside to this is dp and I have to be extra careful again until we want to concieve again... I hate condoms uke

I think next pay check I'm treating myself to some new mama cloth

well, ladies, I'm outta here for a little while. I'm trying some herb cream from Arbonne to help regulate my cycles, so hopefully I'll be in here again in a few weeks. If not, I may like Adina come to soak up the vibes.....

I'm still here...

But it's ebbing...it's like the tides.

I finished The Red Tent last night...saved a few pages for then. I like to read before sleep and that was a nice bit to read before settling down to rest for the night.

My aunt passed the book to my mom, then my mom passed it to me. I'll pass it to my sister in law when I see her...or maybe I will mail it to her as a "just because" surprise.

all around!

I joined the red tent last night with the full moon. I am glad too because the PMS was a killer this month.

Who else is in here with me?

I'm here with you, dear! Lots of warm snuggly blankets on this rainy day.

About 1/2 way through my stay in the tent (gooo Diva cups!) and am just in the tired, post-crampy phase. Snooooze.

Here I am in the Red Tent ... first time in 23 months. My body is officially done mothering an infant I was surprised what a mixture of emotions I felt when I saw I was bleeding again last night. I kinda missed Aunt Flo, YK? But still, to know that I'm out of that "timeless time" of new motherhood is difficult.

I forgot how doggone crampy I get, too :

Yum yum... I found DH's stash of sweets last night. And um... there's nothing left :

I woke up this morning with killer cramps. After two pregnancies I'd noticed that my cramps were gone... Until now. I had an ovary removed last month and now they're back. : Though I haven't had a 29 day cycle since I was 12. So there may be some good in all of this...
