I am at a loss as to where I should post this to get ideas and comments about my new site. So, I figured, I'll post it where the most views are and the mods are free to move it wherever they need.
Please tell me what you all think. Tell me if it's good, if it sucks, what I should change, etc..

1st page: "empathically" should be "emphathetically"
hours and rates page: "payed" should be "paid"

How about some photos of the facilities?
A list of example activities that the children do?
Some examples of meals that you consider nutritional and balanced?
can you accomodate vegetarian, vegan, or partial kosher diet (can parents send in some of the foods for their children)?
Who are the staff and what are their qualifications? (If it's just you, will you also be caring for any of your children there? Do you have any degrees, certifications, CPR, etc. or just __ years of experience caring for children?)

Early intervention specialist and parent consultant since 2002.

Also, I don't have pictures yet, since it isn't ready. I have 2 weeks to get it ready after I quit my current job.
I have a list of activities in my policy hand book. Should I take the time to put that online? It's really long and I can't copy and paste it. :

The only thing that may be time consuming is formatting the policy handbook for viewing on the web. If you do it in HTML, it has to be formatted so that it isn't just one giant glob of text on a page, but it's not too terribly hard to do once you know the correct tags for formatting it.

Kat is there a reason you don't have any messengers? I hate to try and get someone to use something they don't have a DESIRE to use, but I will say it's easier to discuss things about websites if you have something to chat in real-time.

I think I know how to format it so it's different paragraphs, but I'm probably wrong.

I just looked on my computer and I have SBC Yahoo messenger. I can download IM if you want.

SBC Yahoo Messenger will interact with the rest of the regular Yahoo Messenger stuff. All you have to have is a username, so when you open the program and it asks you to sign on, it should also have a think asking if you want to create an account, which you should do. Then you can sign on with the account that you just created, and you can just PM with me with the username.

Third paragraph, where it says: "meet your childs needs"

"childs" should be "child's"

Next line, where it says "full menu of fun enriching activities and tasty nutritious food", it should be "full menu of fun, enriching activities and tasty, nutritious food. "

The drawings are adorable!

On the hours and rates page, right side, the second paragraph needs a space above it. Also, in the third paragraph about waiving late fees, "discreation" should be "discretion."

On the left side, I would change "The payment you give during any extended leaves does not apply to any future care, nor is it refundable." I would put, "The payment for any extended leave does not apply to any future care and is not refundable."

I'm not sure I'd have the whole paragraph about the light bills, etc. You've already explained the policy, so this seems a little like overkill, but that's just IMHO.

On the availability page, right side, you have two periods after the third sentence, see "weekends if the space is available.. "

On the left side, the second paragraph needs a space above it.

Wow. Thank you so much!
I think you are right about the light bill thingy. I've just been screwed over before and I think I just was trying to keep it from happening again.

I would put the policy online but if you don't have the time or energy, I would explain that you have a policy handbook that will be provided upon registration and that you are happy to answer any questions related to policies or procedures via e-mail or telephone.
