Why do DP's legs hurt? - Mothering Forums

I thought you smart women might have some ideas. He has been complaining of aching legs for several days now. This isn't the first time. It seems to coincide with him not getting enough sleep for several nights in a row (he's on call for work for two weeks of every six weeks.)

How can being sleep-deprived make your legs hurt (I believe him, I'm just looking for a scientific explanation!) Could it be something else, like a vitamin deficiency (I am thinking vaguely of potassium or something...)

My dd complained of strange leg pains and it turned out that she had lyme disease. She still gets pain in her legs when she is run down. I know there are other things it can be too. I hope you get it figured out.

no help here but I had joint pains so much growing up and still do when I dont take care of myself well enough during the day...dd also complains once in awhile,,,interested to read the responses.
