i'm 27.2 and my "real age" is 31.5. i know it's because i was a heavy smoker before babies and i have all kinds of messed up body issues (joint problems, allergies, asthma, craziness).

I'm 26 but my real age is 24, I think it would be a lot lower if I were 40 lbs lighter.

Calendar age = 25.2 Real Age 29.7

Stress, no exercise and lack of sleep makes me old. Heh. Like I needed an online test to tell me that!

I'm 35.4. My real age is 34.0
Ib started flossing my teeth last night as a positive change due to this.
Also, I said I spent 10000 miles in the car (American average) but DH says I'm about 1/2 that.
Also, I didn't know CHOL levels etc.
So I may be lower. I'll do it again in a few months.
Very interesting. Thanks for posting this!

I am 29.5 years old, but my Realage is 24.0

I don't agree with their nutrition advice (it is based on the food guide pyramid which is a load of ...um.... bull.

Whatever. They did seem to collect a lot of personal info, however it is really nothing that isn't collectable by some other means...

My realage is 31, and I"m 29.

I think the BMI thing is crap. I have a BMI of 24, I"m 4'11" and 120 lbs. How is that overweight? Huh?

I think the nutrition information sucks.

I don't do vitamins, they turn my stomach, so I lost points there.

also lost points becaue it's only been 4 years since I quite smoking. :

Calender age 40 (in 20 days)
Real age 38.3

I have the book (YOU: The Owner's Manual) which is pretty fun to browse through.

I did this in the spring and my real age was 43. At that time my exercise was pretty much nil! Since then it went to 7 days a week 30+ minutes a day (biking to work - 45 minutes & walking dog 30 minutes).

I do not completely agree with it - was kind of insulted I was considered older then my age LOL! I have no illnesses, good bmi, blood pressure, pulse etc. I did mild exercise (at the time I was considered OLDER then my age) and fairly good consistent eating habits. I do not take supplements, which I do not agree with being aged because of that, ... etc

I do like that the quiz as it is very thorough and they give details on how to improve - makes for interesting reading.

I don't recall answering any questions about the use of sunscreen.

Does anyone recall if there's such a question? I would think sunscreen usage would matter.

Normal is just a setting on your dryer.

I haven't gotten my results but I am sure I am destined for the same. I used to smoke like a fiend (and still do when I consume alcohol!) and I never exercise and I'm a cow.

Don't mean to be a wet blanket, but did you guys check out their Privacy Policy before running the test? I don't think I'd want all that stuff linked to my e-mail and an IP address.

i have read about 2 pages here. but i remember taking this test maybe 6 or 7 years ago where i didnt have to receive the results by email. i dont remember what it was called but it was v. similar to what you guys are writing about.

remember things can change as you change ur lifestyle. at that point of time - prechild days i was what 5 or 8 years younger than my real age but with my life now i would be a lot older than i really am.

so i dont kinda believe in this test. but that's just me.
