I saw a lot of people mention that the magic # for kids to be in a booster seat is 4"9' tall. I'm just barely 4'9" in shoes. Maybe I need to get a booster for the drivers side Heaven help me when I age and start to shrink!

Actually, yes you do, presuming you also weigh under 100 lbs and can find one that will safely fit you.

I'm just 5 foot 2 and I do worry about airbags and such and I know my car isn't crash-tested for my height.

My mother and I were just talking about that today.

At just under 5 feet and 112 lbs at 10 months PP I figure I really have no chance in a accident.
To drive I have to sit on top of the steering wheel almost.

Maybe not a booster seat, but how about a Hahn's device that they use in NASCAR. Course our Ford Focus is not a million dollar car but I still think I deserve it.
