I hate to admit this, but I do sometimes find it a bit bothersome
when people jump on a cultural bandwagon.

There is alot of hooplah around the history of Greece and Rome since
the movie Troy came out, lots of shows, and people using names and
dressing up.

I am part Greek and Italian. I guess for me it has to do with cultural
pride. I understand I think, where the OP is coming from though
its two completely different 'cultures'.

Locking this thread... for future threads, it's fine to talk about names you like, but mocking and criticizing names is disrespectful to mamas who have lovingly chosen those names for their babies...
