I've been listening to Coldplay's "X&Y" recently. I used to listen to The Killers "Hot Fuss" all the time. Hmmm. Green Day's "American Idiot," Saves the Day "Stay What You Are," Radiohead's "Hail to the Thief" and "The Bends". Those are my usuals. Probably not your typical workout music, but it works for me!

Well...we do have a media forum for this kind of discussion

I don't know if you can call any of this music, per se, but I have a Skipping Rope CD that has a lot of upbeat songs, and a CD of Disney songs re-mixed to a dance beat. Also I bought the CD set of Hooked on Classics because it can help me keep a good pace in walking : Usually I listen to disco and upbeat oldies.

Disturbed - Overburdened
Disturbed - I'm Alive
Fall Out Boy - This Ain't A Scene, It's an Arm's Race (emo?)
Justin Timerlake - What Goes Around Comes Around (pop)
Nickleback - Rockstar (rock/pop)
Panic! at the Disco - I Write Sins, Not Tragedies (emo?)
Rascall Flats - Me and My Gang (country)
Skindred - Nobody Gets Out Alive (rock/ska)
Steve Holy - Brand New Girlfriend (country)
Three Days Grace - Pain (rock)
