Another vote for Tori Amos. No other artist has had such a huge impact on my life. Yes, I was that girl dressed in long skirts and faerie wings, begging the security guards to let me slip a letter to Tori (written on a faerie note card, of course) onto the stage.

Who said Coyote Shivers? I don't know why I remember this, but I have memories of being a pre-teen at a family backyard barbecue with him playing along with Dave Rave.

Pink Floyd

That's too easy for me. Shamelessly obsessed. I even have a tattoo of one of their album covers.

Yeah - that's dh's other favourite. He says he likes the showdown scene for the expressions on the devil's face. I could see that.

Hey, mine too! DH and I saw them in Phoenix last month with Tea Leaf Green--GREAT show! I love their sound--sometimes very traditional, a lot of jazz, honkytonk, psychedelic, etc, etc, lots of Dead influence too. I LOVE the flute! On a similar "note' (haha) we're going to Yonder Mountain String Band with Keller Williams next week. Can't wait!

DH and I both have extremely eclectic taste in music, so I can only pick current favorite, not "all time."

This is so fun to read everyone's musical tastes.

This is an easy one for me:

Not much else will do, I'm afraid.

Lately, it's Sound Tribe Sector 9. But right up there with them is the Grateful Dead and Sufjan Stevens.
