Sometimes it's fun to let your mind wander to the impossible, isn't it? In a world where money is no object and everything could be perfect, wouldn't it be amazing to call this place home?

Forget the impossible and the negative for awhile.

It has an "aquatic center."

Not to be a party pooper, but divide the square footage by 20, and let me decorate, and I'm in. The location is tdf, but I don't love the ranch decorating style, and I just don't need that much space. Loooove the lake side location, though. I'd spend more money on 'help' and horses.

Wow, very nice! Yeah, it'd be nice to live there for a while. It's so big though. I like smaller places, really.

It has multiple guest houses. Possibly you would be happier living on your own guest house and using the main house for entertaining.

It's nice but I don't care for it either. I love to clean and don't trust anyone else to do it and I definitely couldn't clean a house THAT big. I'd love a similar house with about 3,000 sq ft max.

No doubt. Funny story...I was at a party and was having a conversation with an aquaintance about the most expensive neighborhood nearby, and told her that there is only one house in that development that I wish I could have. It is gorgeous. Wood siding, huge screen porch, New England vibe on a big, wooded lot. Then she tells me that it used to be her house, and she designed it. Her xh kept it in the divorce.

Well, if you could pull together 50+ MDCers and go in on it together...

Maybe we could make it more green.

We'll call it our time share.:But, um, it would take a lot more than 50 of us at $88 million! What is 88 million divided by fifty bucks? 1,760,000! OK, we'd have to raise the shares a bit. Let me think...

If there are 22,000 active MDC members. That's only $4,000 each. So reasonable.

: $4,000 each for 22,000 people? There goes the peace and quiet.

No, 22,000 people and their families. On the conservative side, that's more like 60,000 people.

How many bedrooms are there?

That place is a little too big for my comfort. It's kind of scary. There could be people living in your house and you wouldn't know it LOL. Also, I tend toward minimalism in decorating and all that stuff is making me anxious. Although the view from the yard is priceless

Hmmm... I'd like a castle. Perhaps I could settle for this one, though this is a little closer to my family and friends. But heck, if I had a castle, most of my faily and friends would be begging to move in with me, no matter how far away it was.

I don't come here anymore. MDC has become overgrown with ads & useless extra forums.

Looks like it's cheaper in France than here by far.

Check out the cost of the parking on this place!

I wouldn't be into it-way too much space for me. I'd need a staff, and I don't like people around that much. Not to mention I'd feel bad taking up that much space in that location-leave it as habitat.
