My blood work came back. Progestrone was 18.5. I know most OBs like it above 20, but I use a CNM who is in her own practice, and she said it was fine. It scares me being under 20.... I have had to take supplements with both my boys. Has anyone ever used a natural form of progesterone? I found a cream online I may try... I dont really want to take a prescription, I would rather try a natural form of it...

I'm using Emerita Pro-gest. I used it when I was pregnant with DD too.
