I'm hoping I'm not totally jinxing myself here. But I'm a little over 9 weeks and I'm starting to feel a little better. As long as I keep something in my tummy then I'm ok. I still have that gaggy to much saliva problem. But my naustia is almost gone.
I do have one questin though. It seems as though I'm dealing with some heart burn reflux issues. Does anyone know what is safe to take for that?? Thanks!

Papaya. You can eat it fresh or dried, drink the juice, or even get papaya tablets if you dislike the taste. I really like to mix fresh papaya into my salad with dried cranberries and chopped walnuts. Yum! =D
Don't eat papaya if you're allergic to latex or have an ulcer though. It contains naturally occurring latex, and can inflame ulcers. ;)
