Anyone have a good source for alfalfa tablets? My mw says to take for nursing, 1 mg a day. Can't seem to find that online. has anyone else bought or used these before?

Not sure about tablets.
You can get bulk alfalfa from Mountain Rose Herbs and other herb suppliers. Then you can make an infusion and drink it. Alfalfa is part of my pregnancy infusion that I make from bulk herbs (nettles, oastraw, RRL, alfalfa).
If you want alfalfa for vitamin K -- I am not taking oral K in tablet form, but I am eating lots of collard greens several times a week. Check out the K on these guys!
