I'm so sorry Sommer.

I have updated the list finally. I'm sorry it takes me so long lately. I lurk all the time via my blackberry (my internet at home) and the new mothering platform doesn't allow me to post via it anymore. So glad to see all you new mamas!

Hello beautiful momma's! Happy to join you all smile.gif
EDD: Nov 16
Name: Faith
Age conception/delivery: 27/28
Location: Southside Chicago
How long to get BFP: We had just talked about it, then the week before I was supposed to get AF my hubby says he wants to wait another year. Too late buddy. Haha!
What number child: #2 but this is 3rd pregnancy. First pregnancy ended in miscarriage @13 weeks due to blighted ovum. Second pregnancy, our daughter Maia who is now 3.5: hospital waterbirth, beautiful experience!
Family: husband and daughter
Baby's gender: I don't want to find out, life has so few genuine surprises, but my husband said he's been surprised enough this year thanks to this pregnancy, so we're going to find out. Hoping first & foremost for healthy pregnancy/baby and secondly for a boy wink1.gif
Names: List is long. Boy - I like Biblical names for boys so I'm leaning towards Samson or Jude. Girl - Aria is the frontrunner.
Birth preferences: I first had a beautiful hospital waterbirth attended by a midwife. Alas, they no longer accept Medicaid. I also hated the 45 min drive to the hospital while in labor. So I found a midwife closer to me (10 min away) who accepts Medicaid but I don't think I'll get a waterbirth this time around which I'm pretty bummed about greensad.gif We'll see. Definitely planning to have a natural childbirth again. Dream would be homebirth but financially we can't swing that and I don't think I can get any homebirth midwives to come to the southside anyway.

treehugger.gif wife (30) to DH (30) and mother todust.gif Maia Solis  waterbirth.jpg (8-29-07) and hearts.gifAria Rain  (11-13-11). Expecting baby #3 at the beginning of May 2014.

Had an ultrasound for dating this week and have  a new due date:  November 23rd!  I must have taken a pregnancy test the first day it could have been positive (8 weeks after LMP!), this amazes me.  This little one keeps surprising us, which just makes me keep smiling : )  Saw the magical flickering heartbeat and recorded a heartrate of 160bpm.  I am 8 weeks along so this all seems very good and I am just trying to motivate to take a little better care of myself (ie- get off my exhausted butt and exercise!).

happily married since 2006 with toddler son (born August 2009) and baby girl (born November 2011).

Nicki, due approx 11/28-ish.  I'm 31, I'll be 32 at the birth.  Very tentatively joining here, I was in the May 2011 club until my second early loss last October. This will be my first child (although our first foster child may arrive first, hard to say).  3 furbabbies and a husband who all have their paws crossed for me.  =)

Hellos! Here is my info:

* EDD: Nov. 2
* Name: nmouse
* Age at conception / Age at delivery:  30/31
* Location: California
* How long it took to you to get your BFP: not really sure... several years of "not-not trying" and one cycle of aggressive charting, supplements, targeted sex, and prog cream
* What number child is this for you: 1
* Family (partner, other children, and/or furbabies): partner, kitties
* Baby's gender (hopes or guesses): girl girl girl! I will be fine with either, but partner will be disappointed if it isn't a girl
* Names you like (& are willing to share): still brainstorming
* Birth plans/preferences: homebirth with a midwife team prepared to ride it out in the hospital if need be
* Blog, website or the like: Well Rounded Mama blog (currently has a cesarean pic on the Ap. 18 post so I'm not linking)

* Anything else you'd like to share: I had my first ever baby-finding ultrasound today! There really is a live baby moving around in there!

First baby due Oct/Nov 2011. Slowly finding my way...
