I don't know if this is serious but i'm a bit concerned. Any time I bend over to pick something up or to pick up my son, I get this massive pressure in my head. Like it seriously feels like my head is going to explode! It's mostly behind my ears and around my eyes but once I stand up straight it goes away.

A quick google search now has me scared because I had PIH with my last pregnancy and a lot of sites have mentioned blood pressure. My bp is very normal when not pg and at my last checkup a few weeks ago it was actually quite low. This seems to be just a pregnancy thing for me although last time it didn't start to go up til like 35 weeks.

I was going to wait til my next appt to bring it up but do you think I should call sooner? Im only 17.5 weeks.

I know I get something similar- pressure behind my eyes and a rushing in my ears.  I just assumed it has to do with changing blood pressure/volume associated with pregnancy.  Have you tried increasing your water intake drastically?  Like aiming for a gallon a day?  Maybe your circulatory system has expanded more than your blood volume (hence lower bp) and it makes you feel dizzy/pressure when you change the elevation of your head.  Just a thought.  But if you're really concerned, I would definitely call your care provider and ask.  Go with your gut!

Thanks, I will see if it gets any better in the next few days. If not, I will call. I probably don't drink enough water. I will make an effort to drink more. Im one of those people who just never gets thirsty so I have to force it down. The weather had been changing drastically here, too. Yesterday it was 90 and humid. Today it was 70 and breezy. No humidity.
