This is a response to the document "National Antimicrobial Resistance Monitoring System Strategic Plan 2011-2015" [Docket No. FDA-2010-N-0620] (http://www.regulations.gov/#!documentDetail;D=FDA-2010-N-0620-0007).

The deadline for submissions is 23 May 2011.

This submission can be made by anybody from any country around the world.

Instructions:

Download and save the PDF document from the following link (Select 'NO' if prompted to upgrade to RapidPro, click 'Slow Download' on the left and then click 'Download Now!'):

https://rapidshare.com/files/459936499/FDA-2010-N-0620_23May2011.pdf

Go to the following regulations.gov submission page:

http://www.regulations.gov/#!submitComment;D=FDA-2010-N-0620-0007

Enter your details in the required fields. Click browse under '3. UPLOAD FILE(S)' to upload the saved PDF document from your harddisk. Click 'Submit'.

Acknowledgement: This document is a slightly modified version of the Doctors Opposing Circumcision (DOC) Special Statement "Epidemic Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus: Dramatically Increased Risk for Circumcised Newborn Boys" (http://www.doctorsopposingcircumcision.org/DOC/mrsa.html). From the DOC Publications page: "Doctors Opposing Circumcision publishes statements, which may be downloaded, printed, photocopied, handed out, mailed, attached to e-mail, and used as necessary."

Please leave a reply so that I may gauge the number of submissions made (and to keep this post prominent until the deadline).
