An opportunity that might appeal to readers from the UK, possibly to compel the Health Committee to mandate that local NHS Trusts not spend funds on medically unnecessary circumcisions.

We have several threads over at F-R.net tagged United Kingdom and NHS, which might be a good starting point for readers interested in researching and drafting a submission.
