I find it to be leaning somewhat against circumcision while trying not to offend any one particular group of people. Unfortunately, one cannot always be diplomatic about everything. One can be kind, choose words carefully, be civil even, but also stand for what is right. Human rights are not an issue to pussy foot around, so to speak. Genital integrity for baby boys is just as much a human right as it it is for baby girls. Hopefully this is the beginning of research for the author of the article and she will continue on to have her eyes fully opened to the impact of circumcision on both the children that have had it done to them and to our society.
