It's conceivably not too late to have male circumcision removed from this study's interventions (the study's focus seems to be on safety and effectiveness of Antiretroviral Therapies, anyway), but doing so will required credible letters to the editor of a peer-reviewed publication and rigorously supported objections to regulatory agencies, sponsors and collaborating organisations, from doctors and established medical researchers.
