It's a pretty useless vaccine. Strain B is the meningococcal strain that infects infants. This vaccine only protects against two OTHER strains that rarely infect infants. We won't know until Oct or Nov whether or not the CDC is going to actually recommend babies get it. We already have HIB vaccines, so a new one isn't needed.
