I have a question regarding the alternative schedules outlined in your book. You write that when Pc is delayed until twelve months, only 2 doses are needed.
What about a twelve-month-old who was given one dose of Pc at two months (and no other doses after)?
If Pc is being resumed for that child at twelve months how many more doses are needed in addition to the one already given at two months (one or two doses?) to provide complete protection?
Thanks for your input!
