I often crave potatos and potato products while pregnant.  I am not sure if it is the salt or not, but they are good for helping with morning sickness, so that may be it too.  THey are pretty mild on the tummy and the potassium helps too.

I am thinking when I go get lunch for the kids I will pick up some soft pretzles and a thing of cheezwhiz :X

In the past week I have eaten an entire bottle of hot sauce.  I can't stop.  It is is spicy and vinagery and wonderful on meat and potatoes and beans and chicken and eggs and everything.

I also confess to having the World's Worst Heartburn and refuse to believe that it has anything to do with my hot sauce consumption.

I take papaya enymes for heartburn and digestion issues when pregnant, they work wonders!

Yesterday morning I was sitting at a cafe with two friends who were having cappuccinos and croissants.  I pulled out my bag of potato chips and a bottle of salsa and proceeded to scarf down half the salsa.   Yes, I too got heartburn, but it was soooo worth it!
