My midwife gave me this recipe last week when I came in with pudgy feet and hands ;)
2 Tbsp dried nettle leaves
2Tbsp dried Dandelion dried leaved
1 quart of water
Steap for 2 hours and drink 1 quart a day
I started taking this immediately and my swelling has gone WAY down. I feel so much better I wanted to make sure I shared the recipe with all you mamas :)

I've been eating at least one banana a day (really helps keep swelling down), but i'm not the biggest banana fan and get sick of them rather fast...a tea like yours will be much more palatable! :)
I had some swelling a couple months ago and my midwife suggested upping my protein by making a fruity smoothie with a protein supplement like Spirutein. It went away instantly!
