I am currently enrolled in there BA in Maternal child health program with a focus on IBCLC certification. You can get financial ad it is connected with the Health child Project and the Center for breastfeeding.
: Someone that can tell me about the program. I am going to send my application in to start this October in the MA in Health and Wellness/IBCLC.
How do you like the program so far? I am supposed to receive a packet of info about the core classes, etc. I have never done distance learning but I'm sure I'll love it. I'm going to go full time and hope to finish in 18 months. Then I'm going to go for a nursing degree. What do you plan to do when you finish?
I already have a degree in Human Services that i did at an on site school so this is a little different for me but it works. It is really good. I am a full time doula, CLC, and childbirth educator so i am going to use the IBCLC for that. I really wanted to get the IBCLC but didn't want to become a nurse so this was the best path for me. Good luck
