Ok I know that is not a word...

I had an amazing vbac 13 weeks ago...I had no tearing and no episiotomy.

I felt great and had a quick uneventful recovery..

My dh and I have resumed having sex and I have no pain at all

that said I feel like I may have a bit of prolapse...Not sure what is normal as this is my first vaginal baby..

I I have a bit of a bulge just below my vaginal opening as that gets worse when I have a BM and better when I am good and consistent with kegels...

any insights...is this something that gets better with time? do I call my doc?Any herbal or homepathic remedies?
