Can anyone offer some advice on who is a good vbac midwife in Connecticut. I am near New Haven but will travel.

Mary Ellen Albini definitely does. Joni Stone may also, but I'm not 100% on that. They're both home birth midwives - I'm not sure from your post whether you specifically want HBAC or not. If you want CNMs who can do either home or hospital, Birth & Beyond is the way to go - it's a practice in Madison with several CNMs. I met with Vicki there and liked her very much - only decided to go with someone else due to location (Nancy Farr - also wonderful but probably too far for you, pun intended).
