Hello

I developed hypertension about 2 years ago, both parents have it, so this is chronic.  I'm on Labetatol, seeing a CNM and 5 months pregnant.  My BP daily is about 130/65.  This is baby #7, I've had first 4 babies at home with a lay midwife (who will not be in state when baby is born in Oct. 2011) and last 2 unassisted, and all births were fast 3-5 hours and EASY.  I really don't want to go to the hospital, but can't find a midwife who will take me.  I am in the Long Beach area if you know of anyone who could help I sure would be thankful. :)
