Hi there,

Has anyone taken the Birth Arts Institute midwife's assistant class? Can you tell me how good it is and whether it's worth taking it? Thanks.

I have done it. It is a great program. A lot of work, but really full of the skills and education I need to be a midwife's assistant.

Are you finding work as a MA because of your training in the program, or is it a stepping stone to pursuing a full CPM for you? Just curious, as I think that, at least for now, being a MA would be a better fit for me that going for the full CPM. TIA!
