Hi Mamas,

I am a doula student needing to attend/participate with 3 births. Any advice on where to network with moms and midwives? I am from a very "rural" area. Thanks so much!

I'd recommend dropping off your business cards at the local OB offices, midwife offices and with hosptal childbirth educators. Also, see if the YMCA has pregnancy exercise classes and introduce yourself to the instructors.

How close to Wisconsin's border are you?  Perhaps if you are close some of the birth professionals in my area could refer to you.  Also I started a group that refers clients to birth professionals, so I could keep your name as a resource if you were close enough to do births in Wisconsin.
