I just wanted to put my name out there for those interested in learning more about doula work.  I am a nurse and certified doula and I teach/certify doulas for New Beginnings Doula Training.  I would love to hear people's opinions/thoughts on why or why not you should certify as well as what you look for in a program.  Thanks!

Doula's have an insurance code dont they?  If so, taking a deposit from clients could be returned if insurance pays for the service.

Im not sure how it works.  Im working on certification now.  Could you explain to me.  I see women complaining about the price.  To me its a priceless service.

Thank you!

I am a nurse and certifying doula in northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.  I am seeking to provide doula services for three births in my area to meet the

DONA certification requirements.  I am also interested in participating in a doula group based in northern Wisconsin.  Please contact me at 715-547-6019.  Thank you!
