I am a new birth doula and have a client who's EDD is early October and she has been diagnosed with Pubic Symphysis Disorder (SPD). I am aware about not giving birth on your back and not putting her in positions that would separate her legs too much. Any there any other suggestions to support this mother during labor and delivery? Anything that works great with SPD?

There are exercises she can do now that can help http://ptjournal.apta.org/content/85/12/1290/F2.expansion.html . How about rebozo binding? That should help give support in birthing like described here http://prenatalyogacenter.com/blog/pelvic-pain-during-pregnancy/.
