My husband is active duty and we rotate every 3-4 years to a new unit.  I am just starting out as a Doula. I want to come up with a simple name for my Doula services/birth services. I know that a business name isn't necessary, but being that we move so much, I can't use "Town/city" Doula services as my business name. I need something that flows and is creative to my situation. Everything I come up with is taken in some sort of form...

How do you name your business?

Welcome to Mothering! :w

It looks like your post might have been missed so I'm bumping it up for attention. :bump: Anyone want to share how they named your business?

What sorts of names are you tossing around? What makes you different as a doula?

I used the name Baltimore Birth Doula (based in Baltimore, MD, of course, haha!), which isn't very creative, I guess.  I feel like it's effective, though - especially when it comes to people just typing "Baltimore doula" in a search engine.
