I had a homebirth turned Cesarean 4 years ago... now I'm 12.5 weeks along.  I sneezed a few nights ago and it felt like someone ripped the seam out.  Must have been scar tissue or an adhesion letting go?  Interesting.

Most likely. Prior to my first pregnancy, I had suffered multiple abdominal muscle tears. Throughout my pregnancy (particularly with a big sneeze or cough), I could feel the rip and tear of the scar tissue breaking apart. I've had a couple similar experiences with the pregnancy and my previous csection.

i haven't felt anything like that, unless it was attributed to round ligment pain...

Is it getting lonely in the echo chamber yet?
