Just realized 2012 is a leap year! I wonder how many February 29 babies we'll have.

I hope it's not me!  I'm certain of my dates and don't want to go 15 days over!

I could do that! I think it would be awesome. :) It would be just over a week overdue, and my other four all came a week late.

I'm due Feb 21, and it's my first, so this is a real possibility for me... and I think it would be awesome!  In fact, it was one of the first things my hubby mentioned when we found out the "official" due date. orngbiggrin.gif

When I realized I was pregnant I looked up online to see if 2012 was a leap year.  Sure enough!!      LEAP Day babies all around!

My date is Feb 15th, but i'd totally understand if the baby wants to stay in to be a leap baby.  lol.

I've been wondering the same except I really don't want a leap day baby. I'd be okay with being post dates, but I just want him/her to have a day every year. Does that make sense? I have a friend with a leap day birthday, and he hated it as a kid b/c it gets skipped over by default on birthday lists and such or always had an asterisk next to it.

Well I'm due on Leap Day - unlikely as it may be the baby will actually born that day, it's kind of neat :)

I'm due the 22nd but I think I could wait a week to have a leap baby. :) That would be so cool!

exciting! I'm due the 21st but have been a full 42 weeks with my 3 other kids so I'll probably go past the 29th.

Yup, I feel the same way. I'm due the 25th, so I know that delivering on the 29th is a real possibility for me... not too excited about it, but if it happens, I suppose it was meant to be.
