Hi ladies, anyone also experiencing pain under the feet especially in the morning? Its just pain, no swelling. If so, please help with info on how i can find some relief.
I'm from a different DDC, but I had so much foot pain that I feel like I should offer my suggestions. The two things that have helped me the most are putting my feet up for at least 30 minutes a day (30 minutes morning and afternoon is better!) and consistently wearing shoes with gel insoles. The insoles made a HUGE difference for me! Hope that helps!
