It's already more than spotting I think. I'd call it a light bleed. :(

Just a quick update. The bleeding seems to have stopped. Not suer what to think. Not sure if it's safe to get my hopes up! I'm cancelling all my plans and taking it easy the rest of the week in case its a subchorionic hematoma or something....

I tested this morning and it's the darkest yet. And my temp is still way up. No cramps...

ETA. I'm seeing a midwife. She's getting me a u/s soon. Not sure when. I had a beta this morning and was suposed to get results but looks like I have to wait til tomorrow. :(

Thank goodness it stopped! I hope they get your results back promptly; the "what the heck is going on" rollercoaster seriously sucks.

Everything crossed for you.

bcblondie, can you get a progesterone test when you go to your midwife, too?  Since you have had multiple miscarriages, I wonder what is going on...!!  Maybe you've already gone down that road?  Anyway, best to you and STICK, bean, STICK!!!

Birthed a beautiful baby boy, Ethan, 11/11/09.

How are you doing, bcblondie?  If you are going for a scan, I believe there is a good shot a subchorionic hematoma will show up on the scan.  Cellist's suggestion is good if you haven't already had progesterone testing.  Hope everything is going well for you!

I hope it isn't a miscarriage and that your ultrasound showed what the problem was. Fingers crossed for you!

DDCC.  I don't want to give you false hope, but I had spotting/bleeding with DS from 6-13 weeks.  I am pregnant again and 18 weeks and have had three rounds of bleeding...and I do mean bleeding... implantation, 8 weeks, and 16 weeks, but all is still well.  Each time it lasted a few days to a week with this pregnancy.  Take it very easy, stay hydrated, and hang in there.  The emotional drain is so tough... thinking of you.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers!! I had 2 betas. The one from 2 days ago was 3413, and today's is 6947 !!! The bean is sticking! And the bleeding has stopped! Holy cow,  I'm still in this!!  I had progesterone drawn on 10dpo and I got the result today, 36.8. Unmedicated, can you believe that! I do think the bleed is either a subchorionic hematoma or just leftover irritation from sex. But everything looks good right now and I'm over the moon. It's also our 5 year anniv!joy.gif

bcblondie...so happy for you!!  How are you getting these beta numbers?  Are they doing them for you because of a problem you have now or a history of m/c?   In any case, amazing news; soooo happy!!!

Thank you guys! I'm so happy to still be here as well. I hate leaving DDC's.

I was seeing an RE when I conceived, so they sent me for betas when I first found out, and again when I started bleeding. :)

Still no word on that ultrasound. Guess I don't need it and it's best if I don't anyways.
