I've been experiencing severe pain in my ab muscles as I'm growing and haven't been able to find much help with it! I put on some kinesiotape to hold my muscles together and a number of nutritional supplements and epsom salt baths but only had relief for a few days. Has anyone else experienced this and what did you find helpful? Thanks!!

Are you still working? It might help to get a Prenatal Cradle to hold up your belly. Friends that stand on their feet a lot at work swear by them. There are some exercises you can do while pregnant for separation, but most are aimed at the recovery period.

I have Stiff Person Syndrome and my other car is a candy apple red Rascal. Feel free to ask me about it. wheelchair.gif
