Family in Need #1, OR
Please contact heatherdeg if you have anything for this family.

What is your family situation?
My family has been struggling for a few years, and we are just really trying to get by. My husband works full time, but is under employed and has zero benefits. He is also in grad school full time, with hopes of getting a better job/starting his own business. I am self employed, but my contract work has been drastically cut from 10/15 hours per week to 2 hours per week. I am constantly looking for work--baby sitting, contract, etc. Because I am not eligible for any unemployment. We have a very frugal life, and value simple things. I've sold almost everything I can, and dread the future. But have to be hopeful for my children.

We are surprised with a pregnancy. I love children and caring for them, but feel kind of ashamed to be having a baby now, when we are so poor. I know in the end everything will work out, but I am struggling with telling friends/family without their judgment greensad.gif

Anything you can do to help is considered a huge blessing! Thank you and God Bless you! We will pray for your family, in thanks giving for your generosity!
