It got better but then got worse again...I'm still throwing up from time to time, even simple easy food like baked potatoes! I feel sick after everything I eat and just wish I could feel satisfied and feel good by food. I still struggle to eat and know what to eat every day...I'm gaining weight okay still (15 pounds so far) but my stomach is just so insanely sensitive.
This is the TOTAL OPPOSITE to how I felt with my son around this time.
sorry! i have definitely had bursts of nausea throughout pregnancies, just not lingering or persistent. carb cravings? what does work for you?
my diet shifts SO MUCH over pregnancy. first trimester was good clean paleo for me, now i'm way more carb heavy and even borderline vegan on some days.
agree that exhaustion can make me QUEASY. i have to lay down a couple times a day and also take quiet time just to survive! i was reading that laying down can also help recharge and support your adrenals, and what mom DOESN'T have exhausted adrenals? laid out and read books outside in the sunshine (windy and only 55 degrees, but SUNNY), and lay on the couch a lot more than i think i should.

Lunchtime I am fine. I've started eating obscene quantities of food then, because I can barely get down a smoothie for breakfast and dinner? I'm lucky if I can manage a slice of pizza. I gained too much weight first trimester, but have actually lost weight in last two weeks.
Very similar pattern with me...mornings are usually no-go for eating, (the worst sickness time still) and then lunchtime I just eat loads. Then I feel sick and don't eat much dinner.
Funny thing is I am finally noticing an appetite increase but just about everything I put in my stomach make me feel so nauseous.
UGH! facing more of this too!

making my version of hot pockets this week-
turkey and swiss rolled up and melted inside chebes....
topped w/ avocado and cucumber.....
but i feel HORRIBLE after eating the luncheon meats!?! ugh.
