Any November Mamas know sex of your baby yet?

Hi November Mamas,

I find out next week if my baby is a boy or girl... But just wondering have any of you found out yet?

It seems so far from my friends that are pregnant that it is boy season.

My daughter isn't very happy. She is eight and my son is three, and he drives her nuts... SO she was REALLY wanting a baby sister :(

We *hopefully* find out on the 16th. The next 11 days are killing me! If little muffin doesn't cooperate then, we have to wait for 20 weeks. :(

Aw mama2merrell, This was how it was for me last time. DD actually started bawling when we told her it was another boy. But, she loves her baby bro so much now. I know it'll be the same for your DD :)

Thank you lilchunklins:)
My DD is okay with it, but she still would have loved a sister. We've told her things like 'she wont have to share her hair-ties and girly-pink stuff' and 'the boys can play together and you'll have your privacy' (something she says she never has w/her little brother).
I'm glad to hear that your DD excepted, and now she loves her brother:):)

Congratulations to everyone that's found out...looks like we have an abundance of boys so far!

I haven't been on here in a while, but we just found out Monday that we are expecting a boy....it's our 5th boy! Now that I know, I feel like I'm in full nesting mode. I got the newborn stuff out of the attic yesterday and looked through it some. I'm always shocked at how little and cute it is after it's been packed away for a while. His baby book is getting delivered today too. I want November to get here fast!

Loving life with my 5 guys: Mike (DH), Matt (5/04), Eric (9/06), Paul (6/09), and Brian (3/12), with baby #5 coming 11/14!

I believe that genders come in waves (unless someone has a very strong gender gene... for instance, 4 previous boys or 4 previous girls). most of the time it has been true with all the people I know (including myself)... only time I have seen mixing is when the wave is changing.

Ps I think it is environmental

It's a boy! We are soooo excited! My DP had stopped vocally hoping for a boy about a month ago, but he still wanted one badly. I keep thinking, "I'm having a son" and it's really surreal! Eeeeeee!!!!!

We found out quite early on (think it was about 12 weeks) through testing that baby is a girl!

We'd have welcomed either a boy or a girl, but it's kind of nice to be getting to do the girl thing again, especially as we already have 5 boys and 2 girls.

Well I had my u/s today. The nurse said she wasn't comfortable predicting gender. One pic she did take *to me* looked like it was a boy.....but it might have been the angle and the umb. cord between the legs. .....but that pic definitely makes me think boy....which REALLY surprises me because my instincts say girl! I guess we will see when I have my second u/s later in the pg. =) I think the nurse thinks boy too, but was not 100 percent, so didn't want to say anything. She did tell a story to my daughter (who said she wants a girl) that she wanted a baby girl too when she was little, but it turned out to be a boy. But in the long run, she was glad because the boy never messed with her barbies and she had a friend that had a little sister that messed with her barbies....so she was glad she had a little brother. I think she said all of that to soften the idea of having a boy =S
