Welcome! I am with you. When we have our babies, I will be 38 with a 19yo, 16yo, and a 6yo. I did not expect to be having a baby the same year that I send my oldest to college. Lol.

Welcome! We are all a bit surprised by the BFP, even if we are expecting it. I know I sure wasn't! Not this time, anyway.

Three kids and one on the way.

Welcome! I am surprised to find myself here at 44. Not because I wasn't trying, but because I now have a partner who wanted to try and it actually happened!

Mama to add 10/05; ds 3/09, and two angels

I wasn't quite *that* sort of surprise baby, but this response made me smile because my husband and I sat down before we got married and realized--wow, I was a surprise, he was a surprise, two out of three of our collective siblings were surprises... Our two mothers combined had a 1-in-5 "I actually planned for this baby" rate. We decided to relax about our fertility odds once we'd run those numbers. Sure enough, we've had one that was completely planned and two that were "Hey, wow!" babies.

That's true for us too. In actuality, I will probably never read a pregnancy test and not think "Holy Monkey! I'm Pregnant!!" lol...
Although, I didn't consciously plan this one, I KNEW right after we did the deed that was it!

Anyhoo.....congrats again! I truly believe that everyone comes when they're meant to

Mama to oneone, and a brand new!
