I'm not active on any of the other forums on here so I figured I'd just ask here. Y'all are pretty knowledgeable about this stuff though so maybe someone can help me out.
My 7 year old daughter's hair is really unhealthy. It's dull, it's breaks, it falls out a lot. It's getting thin. I don't think it's naturally that way though, so I think it's probably nutrition-related. I don't think it's product-related because I've tried a whole array of different shampoo's and conditioners. We don't use a hair dryer or any styling products. It's not always tied back or braided or styled, so it's not over-styling.
I'm really concerned about this and have actually considered taking her to a doctor or something.
Any thoughts on what could be lacking in her diet that would cause her to have hair problems?
